Change your life by taking bath in the early morning

The subject of the article seems funny but its true.

Now a days if you see all the people including youngsters feel that they are stressed by the work they did yesterday or that entire week and they feel hesitant to wake up in the morning especially on saturdays and Sundays.

They continue to sleep like that for long time including morning,afternoon and evening and in this way they are training their mind and body to adopt to it.

Its obviously and clear that when we stressed more,we like to sleep more.
But sleeping more hours is not the proper solution to it.

If you woke up at 7 Am and by force if you take bath,all your laziness will go away.Your mind and body tries to behave actively and you can continue your day with good positive energy . If you read your favourite book or inspiring stories of someone,then it obviously increases your positive eergy little bit more.

If you continue this even though forcibily,automatically your behaviour and persistance increases and you can achieve what ever you like.
